If in the *process of cleaning your carpet or upholstery WFFS removes a stain from your carpet or upholstery and the stain that we removed re-appears, WFFS guarantees that we will come out and attempt to reclean the area to remove the stain for free. No charge... No trip charge. No room charge. No charge at all. If we cannot remove the stain at that time you will receive a refund for that area which will include the stain and the surrounding area up to 50 square feet (20.00 value) of carpet.

* Every attempt is made by WINGATE to remove stains, however no company can remove every stain and some stains may only partially remove.
